Papers of a University of Pennsylvania professor of transportation and commerce, primarily annotated manuscript copies of his published works on the Panama Canal, foreign trade, the United States merchant marine, and railroad freight service. Also includes some class syllabi and examinations for graduate courses Huebner taught at the Wharton School of Finance, 1951-1955, and a large portion of his published "Traffic Lessons," which appeared in "The Traffic World," 1922-1923.
